AI CONTENT SCHOOLThe AI Influencer Workshop
Mon, Aug 10 · 7PM ET
Give me 90 minutes. I'll show you how I build one from scratch, step by step. Then you'll build yours right alongside me. By the time we're done, you'll have a character you can actually keep using — not another folder full of random AI faces.

Come live. Do the build with me. Give it a fair shot. And if we get to the end of the night and you still don't have a character you can actually work with, email me before Wednesday. I'll refund the workshop. I don't want your $50 if I didn't do my part.
Keep reading. I'll show you what we're building, where people usually get stuck, what you'll leave with, and what this workshop will — and won't — do for you.
See What We'll BuildThat's where most people get stuck. You make the first image and think: "Okay. This is actually pretty good." Then you make the second one. Different nose. Different hair. Different age. Sometimes she barely looks related to the first one.
So you rewrite the prompt. Try another model. Buy another tool. Watch another tutorial. And now you've spent a bunch of time learning AI without actually building anything you can use.
You're not doing it wrong. You're just missing the workflow. That's what I'm going to show you Monday. Not a magic prompt. Not some secret tool. A repeatable process you can use again after the workshop is over.
You make one image and she looks great. Then you make another one and suddenly she looks like a different person. I'll show you how to keep her face, age, hair, and overall look consistent from one image to the next. And when the AI gets it wrong, I'll show you how to fix it.
One person tells you to use this tool. Someone else says you need three more. Pretty soon you're paying for software and still not sure what you actually need. I'll show you the tools I use, what each one is for, and which ones you can skip for now.
Making a good-looking AI character is the easy part. The bigger question is: Who is she? What does she talk about? Why would anyone follow her? We'll figure that out first, so you're building a character you can actually create content around — not just another AI image.
I'm not planning to talk at you for 90 minutes. I'll explain the step. I'll build it. Then you'll do yours.
We'll decide her niche, look, wardrobe, voice, point of view, and content direction before we start generating random images. This becomes the foundation for everything else.
This is the part most people need. I'll show you how I keep the same face, age, and overall appearance across generations. Then I'll show you what I do when it breaks.
We'll move her around. Different framing. Different clothes. Different locations. Same person. That's the standard.
Once the still images are working, we'll take one of them and turn it into a speaking video. You'll see the whole chain.
I'll show you how I'd take the character we just made and put her into a simple product video. Not because I'm promising somebody will pay you for it Tuesday. Because I want you to understand how the skill can actually be used.
I don't want you leaving excited Monday night and forgetting everything by Thursday. So before we finish, you'll know what to work on next. One step at a time.
By the end of the workshop, you should have a named AI character with a clear identity, her Character Bible, a repeatable identity workflow, a plan for creating her in different scenes, your first speaking-video concept, three UGC hooks, and a simple seven-day plan for what to do next.
And you'll have the replay. So if part of this moves faster than you'd like, don't panic. Come build with me live. Then go back through the replay when you need it.
A named AI character with a clear identity — niche, look, wardrobe, voice, point of view, and content direction.
Her Character Bible — the foundation document that decides everything she becomes.
A repeatable identity workflow so you can keep generating the same person after Monday night is over.
A plan for different scenes — close-up, waist-up, full body, outfit change, new location. Same person.
Your first speaking-video concept — the frame, the motion line, and what she says on camera.
Three UGC hooks for a real product, with one picked and ready to shoot.
A simple seven-day plan — one step at a time, so this doesn't die by Thursday.
The replay , yours to keep. Come live anyway — the build blocks land completely differently when the timer's running.
The stack
I'll show you what each one does. More importantly, I'll show you which ones are actually doing the heavy lifting. Because I don't want you walking away thinking the answer is six new subscriptions. It isn't. The tools will change. The workflow matters more.
Identity locking, image generation, video, and speaking shots in one place. Carries the heaviest part of the night.
Surgical edits. Swap an outfit, put a product in her hand, change a background — without rerolling the whole image.
The Character Bible, the scripts, the hooks, and a fast second opinion on base character generation.
When the shot needs to feel cinematic rather than casual. Named, shown, and honestly compared.
Her voice. We cast it from the Character Bible, not from whatever sounds nice in the demo reel.
Talking-head shots and lipsync when the UGC ad needs her looking straight down the barrel.
Free tiers get you through the workshop on most of these. Credit pricing moves constantly, so I'll show you live numbers on the night rather than printing something that's wrong by Monday.
Two add-ons at checkout
You don't need either of these to do the workshop. Seriously. Come Monday night and you'll get the whole training. But some people would rather have the prompts and process sitting next to them instead of digging through a replay six weeks from now. If that's you, I made two optional add-ons.
Optional Order Upgrade
The whole process written down. The prompts. The Character Bible. The consistency workflow. The UGC framework. The content plan. Something you can actually come back to later.
+$50 at checkout
Optional Order Upgrade
Four one-page reference sheets for the things you'll probably look up repeatedly. Print them. Keep them next to you. Use them when you get stuck.

Both unlock right after we wrap on Monday night. Links land in your inbox the same evening.
Straight comparison
You build while I build. Timers on screen.
Consistency gets real working time, because it's the actual problem.
I show you the generations that fail, and how I fix them.
Claims get separated from guesses: confirmed, official guidance, pattern, or hunch.
Disclosure and platform rules are part of the workflow, not a footnote.
You leave with a usable character.
You watch the process.
Consistency may be covered briefly.
You usually see the successful generations.
Rules and disclosure may be treated separately.
Disclosure may be mentioned rarely, or used to sell something.
You leave with ideas to try later.
Before you give me $50
I'm not promising you followers. I'm not promising you income. I'm not promising your character will come out perfectly every single time. And I'm definitely not going to teach you how to trick people into believing she's real. That's not what this is.
Followers
Nobody honest can promise reach on a platform they don't own. We'll build something worth following. What the feed does with it isn't mine to guarantee.
Income
You won't hear a dollar figure from me all night. You'll get an honest map of how AI creators actually earn, including which paths need an audience and which don't. That's a map, not a paycheck.
Perfect consistency
The tools drift. Hands still get weird. I'll show you exactly where it breaks and the fixes in order, but anyone selling you flawless is selling you something.
That nobody will know
Platforms label AI content and the rules are tightening, not loosening. We build with disclosure baked in, because the accounts that skip it are the accounts that disappear.
I'm going to teach you how to build a consistent AI character and how to keep working with her when the tools don't cooperate. You'll still have to practice. You'll still have to make content. You'll still have to figure out what people respond to. But you won't have to figure out the basic workflow alone.
Three ways in
There isn't a trick here. Pick the one that makes sense for you.
Just Monday night
Come to this workshop. Build your character. Keep the replay. Nothing recurring.
No subscription. Just Monday night.
AI Content School · Monthly
The workshop is included. And so are the other live workshops we do every month.
If you already know you want to keep learning this stuff, this is probably the smarter option. Cancel whenever you want.
Best value
AI Content School · Yearly
Same membership. Pay once for the year. And we'll build your first AI influencer for you.
Everything in the monthly plan, plus a done-for-you character.
If you only want Monday, buy Monday. I'm not going to make this harder than it needs to be.
One more thing
AI Content School is where we keep doing this. Not just watching lessons. Building the current thing while it's still current. We meet three times a month. Members get the live workshops, the replays, the prompts, and the tools we use to keep moving. If you finish Monday thinking, "I'd rather keep building this next to somebody than figure everything out alone," that's what the school is for.

Who's teaching this
I've been doing digital marketing for more than 20 years. Funnels. Offers. Campaigns. Content. Helping business owners take something they know and turn it into something people will actually buy.
And lately I've spent a ridiculous amount of time testing AI. Not because I think every new AI tool is important. Most aren't. I'm interested in the parts that actually help us make something useful. That's how I built this workshop. I tested the workflows first. Broke them. Fixed them. Got rid of the stuff that didn't hold up. And Monday night, I'll show you what survived.
You don't need to impress me. You don't need to come in knowing all the terminology. Just show up ready to build. I'll take you through it.
